Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the moncity9 platform whether through the website or mobile application, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and moncity9 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the moncity9 services.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. moncity9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with appropriate notice to registered users.

User Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the moncity9 services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from gambling activities by any relevant authority;
• Register personally with true and accurate information, not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended without prior notice.

moncity9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) policy.

User Account Management

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. All activities carried out through your account are considered authorised by you, unless you report any unauthorised access to the moncity9 support team promptly.

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate and current information during registration and at all times;
• Update your personal information should any changes occur;
• Notify moncity9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account;
• Not share your login details with any other party.

moncity9 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations above.

Deposits and Payment Methods

moncity9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking (FPX) — including major Malaysian banks
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. All deposited funds must be your own money obtained lawfully. moncity9 reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud.

Deposits are usually processed immediately. However, processing time may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond the platform's control. moncity9 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a moncity9 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100;
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request has been submitted and verified;
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the user;
• Identity verification may be required before large withdrawal requests are processed.

moncity9 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, a breach of terms or suspicious activity, until an internal investigation has been completed.

Any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the actual cash balance (deposited funds and eligible winnings) may be withdrawn.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by moncity9 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: moncity9 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value. For example, a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM200 with an account balance of RM300 — the wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash and must be wagered according to the set requirements before winnings can be withdrawn;
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user;
• moncity9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.

The moncity9 VIP Programme has five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback percentage, with cashback increasing as you move to a higher tier. Tier advancement is determined based on gameplay activity and continued engagement on the platform.

Game Rules and Outcomes

All games available on the moncity9 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and arcade games — are governed by the game rules set by their respective software providers.

Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed once confirmed. moncity9 is not liable for any outcomes arising from technical issues on the part of third-party game providers, although we will endeavour to notify users of any service disruptions promptly.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure or error resulting in an incorrect payout, moncity9 reserves the right to void or correct the relevant transaction. Users will be notified through the relevant support channels.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

moncity9 users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities;
• Using bot software, automated scripts or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage;
• Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain;
• Providing false or misleading information during the identity verification process;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all balances and pending winnings, and legal action where appropriate.

Account Suspension and Closure

By the User: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the moncity9 support team via live chat or email. Any eligible balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

By moncity9: The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• The user is found to be under the minimum age of 21;
• A request from the relevant legal authorities.

In all circumstances, moncity9's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the relevant liability claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
